Shakeology tastes great right out of the bag. Still, there are countless number of ways you can mix up this fabulous meal replacement shake to your personal tastes. Here are five tried-and-true diet shake recipes. Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender and give them a whirl until smooth and creamy!
Chocolate Bananas Foster
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 banana
3/4 cup nonfat milk; or water; or soy, rice, or almond milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. rum extract
Ice to taste
Chocolate Mocha
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup cold coffee (cool the brewed coffee over ice first)
1/2 cup water; or nonfat milk; soy, rice, or almond milk
Ice to taste
Tip: Add cinnamon and nutmeg for a cappuccino-flavored shake!
Choco Loco
1/2 banana
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup nonfat soy, rice, or almond milk
Ice to taste
Carl Daikeler Special
1-1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
1 Tbsp. almond or peanut butter (or to taste)
1 banana
1 cup ice
8 oz. water
Dessert
1 Tbsp. natural almond or peanut butter
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
3/4 cup water
Ice to taste
Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup water
