At Desert Beauty Day Spa we work directly with the client throughout the entire visit. You are more than clients at Desert Beauty Day Spa, you are partners in the entire experience.
Desert Beauty Day Spa is a totally smoke free environment..
To ensure everyone enjoys the best experience possible we ask that the following policies be observed:
All packages or combination of services over $200 require 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you cancel your multiple services less than 48 hours in advance, a 50% service fee will be billed to you. For cancellations of single services, we require 24 hours advance notice. If cancelling less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% service fee will be billed. For no shows, full service fee will be billed to you.
All packages/parties and appointments with a combination of services over $150 require a 50% deposit.
Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
To ensure that you receive the Spa service and preferred staff member when you want them, we recommend that you book appointments well in advance.

We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service times only if time is available. Otherwise, you will receive service for the balance of the period scheduled.
You will be responsible for the full service fee.
Come Early
We suggest that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A Desert Beauty Day Spa staff member will note your arrival and make preparations for your service.

In consideration of other Spa guests and visitors please leave cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices securely locked in your car.

Except for therapeutic massage and acne skin treatments, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the service areas or treatment rooms without prior approval by the Office Manager or Spa Director. Please arrange for child care at another location prior to your visit.

We suggest that you arrange care for your jewelry and all other valuables prior to your visit with us. You will be given a basket to carry your valuables with you from treatment room to treatment room. However, you will be responsible for your valuables.

Our professional staff members are fully licensed for the service they provide. We employ unique and distinct individuals who are nurturing and caring, and who strive to anticipate your needs, and to provide the best possible experience during every visit.
Our services cannot be guaranteed without proper follow up care recommended by our highly trained professionals.

Visa, Mastercard are Welcome. Local checks with prior approval. A $20 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased products. We do not give refunds for any services.
Published prices do not include sales tax or gratuity. A 15-20% gratuity is recommended.
